RISD users can configure most mail client applications to their RISD GAE accounts. In most cases, this simply involves configuring an POP or IMAP connection to Google for email and configuring a CalDAV connection to Google for client calendar applications.
Locate your client application from the list to the right and click to find detailed instructions for reconfiguring it.
Apple Mail (aka Mac Mail) and Outlook are the two mail clients supported by OIT. You may continue to use an unsupported client but you may not receive troubleshooting and support for those applications.
